Tasting notes
Pistachio takes a little tropical holiday.
Blended pistachio paste brings natural nut flavour and a soft pistachio-green colour to our silky coconut-milk scoop. The coconut stays subtle, giving the pistachio room to shine, while finely chopped salted pistachios and moist shredded coconut add contrast on top. Smooth underneath, a little textured above: an indulgent meeting of nutty and tropical. Silky and creamy, made with coconut milk and entirely vegan.

The gelato is absolutely delicious! I tried the pistachio and the Ferrero when I visited and my mouth is watering just recalling the experience. Keep in mind that they rotate flavors, so if you have a favourite - it may or may not be available the next time you go. It does encourage you to try new flavors though! Highly recommend 🤍”

“Blown away by the flavours, the young assistant sold me on the fact that their Gelato is made onsite, this is by far the best I have had on the Gold Coast. Very creamy and smooth, not grainy at all. We had the White Rabbit, pistachio and the passion fruit. So much to choose from. 10/10”
