A dark-chocolate daydream with a brownie-like heart.
Deep dark chocolate and almond milk come together in a rich, entirely vegan scoop that customers often liken to chocolate fudge brownie cake mix. It has a less-smooth texture than our dairy chocolate gelato, with chocolate and almond flavours that complement each other beautifully. Flaked almonds finish the tray, adding a little nutty crunch. Think brownie-batter nostalgia, ready for your spoon.

“This shop sell in mini scoops so in smallest sizes you get 3 flavors. I tried pistachio coconut, vegan dark chocolate and salted caramel. They all very delicious and unique gelato. Definitely will come back to try other flavors. Carl, the owner, is very friendly and passionate about what's he doing.”

“Such a treat to find an ice cream shop that actually takes vegan options seriously instead of offering one sad sorbet! Gelato Wonderland has not 2 or 3 but 8!! vegan flavours and they were ALL amazing (yes, we tried them all thanks to mini scoops ). You can tell real care goes into the recipes because usual dairy options like chocolate, pistachio or biscoff were super rich and creamy in their vegan options. Staff were super friendly and happy to help with the choice, which was already made easy as vegan flavours are grouped together on one side of the freezer and well labelled, which makes a big difference when you're used to double-checking everything. They were also kind enough to check (and even show me!) ingredients for the cones and turned out these are vegan too! Highly recommend for vegans especially (but not only of course) - Gelato Wonderland has the best ice cream I've had since going vegan, definitely best in Gold Coast, and I'm sooo happy to find this gem of a place! We'll be back FOR SURE!”
