Cool peppermint. Little chocolate crackles.
Soft green peppermint gelato meets dark-chocolate stracciatella layered through the scoop. The creamy base melts away while the fine chocolate flakes add a delicate crunch, giving each spoonful that familiar mint-and-chocolate contrast. A little coolness, a little cocoa and a very good reason to revisit an old favourite.
