At the complex

Visiting Aqua Labrador? Add a little wonder.

A meal with friends, an appointment, a visit to family — there are plenty of reasons to be at Aqua.

You’ll find Gelato Wonderland among the ground-floor businesses at 300 Marine Parade, beside the Labrador Broadwater.

A place to meet, eat and explore

Aqua brings together restaurants, cafes and local services on the ground floor, with apartments above, on the Broadwater side of Marine Parade. There’s enough here to make an evening of: a meal, a walk by the water, and dessert without moving the car.

Here’s roughly how the ground floor sits. We’re on the Imperial Parade side, around the corner from the Marine Parade frontage.

Layout of the Aqua Complex ground floor, 300 Marine Parade, LabradorA schematic of the Aqua Complex ground floor, not to scale. Marine Parade runs along the bottom with the Broadwater beyond it, Imperial Parade down the right-hand side, and the driveway to the free underground parking along the back, entered from Imperial Parade — it is the apartment complex's main driveway, and the parking is below ground. Gelato Wonderland is Shop 14, on the Imperial Parade side, with its door opening onto that side. Going up from the Marine Parade corner: Cafe Gold Coast, Rev It Up Pizza, Gelato Wonderland, Butter Bodega and Snatched Clinic. The remaining tenancies run across the middle of the complex, with the Aqua apartments behind them.Driveway to free underground parkingMarine ParadeThe BroadwaterImperialParadeAQUA COMPLEX300 Marine Parade, Labrador QLD 4215AQUA ApartmentsCustomer seatingfor the restaurantsLazyLobsterPekingDuckMatsuzakaTeppanyakiYum SiamSea &ShoreCafe 4 UEnzosCucinaFish NBitesBaskin-RobbinsOne-cafeCafe Gold CoastRev It Up PizzaGelatoWonderlandButter BodegaSnatched Clinic

These are independent businesses next door to us, not partners — we just like having them as neighbours. Check each venue's opening hours, and ours, when you're planning your visit.

Where we are, exactly

We’re Shop 14, and the bit worth knowing is that our door is on the Imperial Parade side of the complex, not the Marine Parade frontage. We’re between Butter Bodega and Rev It Up Pizza.

If you’ve parked underground, come up and turn towards Imperial Parade.

Here for an appointment?

If you’ve got time before, or you’re heading back to the car afterwards, we’re a short walk along the ground floor — assuming we’re open, which the badge above will tell you.

Visiting friends or family upstairs?

Take something up with you. A 500 mL tub travels the length of the building without complaint, and mini scoops mean a group can share a Grande rather than everyone committing to their own.

Dinner, then dessert

After a meal at Aqua, you’re already in the building. Mini scoops are the easy answer after a big dinner — a Bambino is one scoop, which is sometimes exactly the right amount.
