Raspberry – Roses Red
Sorbet
Tasting notes
For lovers of the tart side of berries.
Rich pink-red colour sets the scene for a real-raspberry scoop with a lively tart edge and a less-sweet impression. Tiny raspberry seeds add their own delicate crunch, keeping the fruit's character present as it melts. Bright and refreshing, with a little berry bite: this one has plenty to say.
