Golden Ticket Competition — Full Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter
The promoter is DID IT PTY LTD trading as Gelato Wonderland, ABN 78 655 832 465, Shop 14, Aqua, 300 Marine Parade, Labrador QLD 4215 (“Promoter”).

 

2. Promotion period
The promotion opens Tuesday 29 September 2026 and closes at 9:00pm AEST Monday 5 October 2026. Entries received outside the promotion period will not be eligible.

 

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to customers of Gelato Wonderland. Entrants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian. Employees of Gelato Wonderland and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. For these terms, immediate family means spouse or partner, parent, child or sibling.

 

4. How to enter
During the promotion period, customers will receive one complimentary Golden Ticket entry with each purchase made at Gelato Wonderland. Complete the required details and place the ticket in the Golden Ticket entry box at the counter before entries close.

There is no additional charge to enter and the price of Gelato Wonderland products is not increased because of the promotion.

Each valid purchase entitles the customer to one entry. Multiple purchases may therefore result in multiple entries.

5. Prize
There is one prize consisting of one Gelato Wonderland Piccolo (3 mini scoops) per calendar week for 52 weeks, with a total retail value of $390.

The prize is redeemable in-store at Gelato Wonderland only.

The 52-week prize period will commence on the first Monday following the winner's claim of the prize.

One Piccolo may be redeemed during each Monday–Sunday calendar week. Any weekly entitlement not redeemed by the end of that week expires and cannot be carried forward or accumulated.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

The winner may nominate one other person to receive the prize for the entire prize period. Once nominated, the recipient cannot be changed except at the Promoter's discretion in exceptional circumstances.

 

6. Draw
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries at 12:00 noon AEST on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at Gelato Wonderland, Shop 14, Aqua, 300 Marine Parade, Labrador QLD 4215.

Every valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

7. Winner notification and announcement
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the phone number and/or email address supplied on their entry.

The winner's first name and surname initial may also be announced on Gelato Wonderland's social media accounts.

 

8. Unclaimed prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to locate them.

If the prize has not been claimed by 11:59am AEST on Tuesday 20 October 2026, a replacement winner will be drawn at random from the remaining valid entries at 12 noon that day. The replacement winner will be contacted in the same manner.

9. Redemption
Gelato Wonderland will maintain a weekly redemption record. The winner or nominated recipient may redeem no more than one prize Piccolo during each calendar week. Staff will record each redemption.

 

10. Marketing consent and privacy
Personal information supplied on an entry will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and conduct the draw.

Entering the competition does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing.

Entrants who separately tick the optional news and offers box consent to receiving Gelato Wonderland marketing communications. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and marketing communications will include an option to unsubscribe.

11. General

The Promoter may verify entries and reject entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated without a corresponding purchase, altered or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.  
The Promoter will conduct the draw fairly and retain appropriate promotion and draw records.
